2. What Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use our contact form:

  • Name
  • Company (optional)
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Website address (optional)
  • Message content

In addition, analytics and advertising tools collect technical data about your visit (see point 4), but only if you have given consent.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Information from the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, provide you with a quote. The legal basis is consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by submitting the form. For analytics and advertising cookies, the legal basis is also consent, given via the consent banner.

4. Cookies

We split cookies into two categories:

  • Necessary: required for the website to function and to remember your cookie choice. These are always set.
  • Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These are set only if you consent in the consent banner. Until you consent, these cookies are blocked by default (Google Consent Mode, "denied").

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time:

5. Data Processors and Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use the following data processors/third parties to deliver the service:

  • Supabase: database where inquiries from the contact form are stored.
  • Google: analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics and Google Ads), only with consent.
  • GitHub Pages (Microsoft): hosting/operation of the website.

6. Storage and Deletion

Contact form data is stored for as long as necessary to follow up on the inquiry, normally up to 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and the right to withdraw consent. You may also file a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Contact us at the email address above to exercise your rights.
